Winky is developing a broad practice in both civil and criminal law, with particular focus in commercial disputes, international arbitration, company, insolvency, employment, SFC / HKMA / HKEX regulatory matters and white-collar crimes.

Prior to joining the Bar, Winky worked as an SFC-licensed representative for activities 1 – 5 in international financial institutions. She therefore has in-depth knowledge of banking and securities regulatory matters, as well as disputes arising in civil and commercial litigation and arbitration.

She accepts instructions for both advocacy and advisory work and appears at all levels of courts in Hong Kong.

She is fluent in Cantonese, Putonghua and English, and is capable of conducting court proceedings and drafting legal documents in both Chinese and English.
