Jeffrey joined Liberty Chambers after completing his pupillage under Mr Edwin Choy SC, Mr Raymond Yu, Mr Lawrence Hui and Mr Simon Wong.    He is developing a broad practice in both civil and criminal law, accepting instructions in all areas of Chambers’ work.

His criminal practice encompasses serious offences, including murder, sexual offences, white-collar crimes, drug-related offences, dishonesty crimes, violent crimes, traffic offences, and industrial summonses.

On the civil side, Jeffrey has experience in diverse matters, including personal injuries, employment, defamation, and contractual and commercial disputes.

He also provides advisory services on SFC regulatory matters.

Prior to joining the Bar, Jeffrey was a seasoned practitioner in SFC-related compliance, having served as Head of Compliance at an SFC-licensed virtual asset fund manager.
